PURPOSE:To provide the titled feed having high nutrient value and free from the danger of animal bloat, etc., by pelletizing a mixture of pressed grains containing alpha-starch, brans and vitamins, mixing the pellets with roughage, and dispersing a liquid feed material uniformly in the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Grains containing alpha-starch are pressed, and mixed with vegetable oil cake, wheat bran, leaves and stalks for feed, fish meal, brans such as defatted rice bran, and nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, and the mixture is pelletized to a diameter of 3-15mm.. 90-40pts.wt. of concentrated feed containing said pellets is compounded with 10-60pts.wt. of roughage. The objective feed for animal can be produced by spraying a liquid feed material such as black molasses, oil or fat, waste liquid of food processing industry, etc. to the assorted feed obtained by the above process. |
