The patent application relates to a washing and massage device having a rotatable brush. According to the invention, provision is made for the brush to be attached to the driveshaft of a motor which is mounted on a connection piece provided with sliding bushes on both sides and for two sliding tubes to be assigned to the sliding bushes. It emerges as a considerable advantage that a washing and massage device was provided which can be mounted in a simple manner and is mounted on a wall, e.g. in a shower cubicle. By moving the muscles and/or by shifting weight, optimum washing and massaging of parts of the body is possible.
