<p>PURPOSE:To permit the always correct gathering by detecting the difference between the interval of the copied-paper discharging time in case of the continuous copying of the successive original copy and that in case of switching original copy, by a collation apparatus independently, when copying and making gathering for a plurality of copied paper for a plurality of original copies in a copying machine. CONSTITUTION:An optical switch 8 for detecting a copied paper is arranged at the output terminal of the transport passage of a copying machine, and the time information for the time when the copied paper passes through the starting edge and the terminal edge is sent-out into a central control part 5 through a state detecting and mechanism driving part 7. The comparison standard of the interval of copied-paper discharging time is prepared on the basis of the above-described time information in the central control part 5, and the continuous copying for a same original copy is completed with the output signals of the switches 9 and 10, and gathering is carried-out. The above-described comparison standard is the value obtained by successively detecting the interval of the copied-paper discharging time of the successively discharged copied paper and obtaining the weighted average value, and when the interval of the next copied-paper discharging time exceeds the interval of the copied-paper discharge time after weighted average treatment, it is judged that the copying in plural pieces of the successive original copy is completed.</p> |
