PURPOSE:To form an electrophotographic sensitive body capable of stably maintaining hysteresis condition of potential of the photosensitive body without causing increase of residual potential even if the photosensitive material is used repeatedly by incorporating a phthalocyanine compd. in the carrier generating material and a specified styryl compd. in the carrier transporting material. CONSTITUTION:The carrier generating material contains a metal phthalocyanine compd. and/or a nonmetal phthalocyanine compd., and the carrier transporting material contains a styryl compd. expressed by the formula [I]. In the formula [I], R<1> is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; R<2> is H atom, etc.; R<3> is substituted or unsubstituted aryl group. A specific example of the carrier transporting material expressed by the formula [I] is given by the formula [I-1]. |
