SELECTIVE PERMEABLE HOLLOW COMPOSITE FIBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow composite fiber having solute permeability, resistance to contamination and mechanical characteristics by consisting the hollow fiber of >=2 layers which are chemically or structurally discontinuous in the radial direction of the fiber. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of stock soln. having different compsn. for spinning are prepd. by using a polyacrylonitrile or the copolymer thereof or polymethacrylate or the copolymer thereof as a polymer and are discharged by using a spinning mouthpiece having triple tube structure. The discharged solns. are spun by a dry and wet spinning method, etc. The hollow fiber is so formed in this stage that the difference in the ratio occupied by at least one chemical component is >=0.2mol% or >=1wt% in the compsn. of the two layers of the hollow fiber facing each other or that the ratio of the average pore size defined by the equation is <=0.9 or >=1.11 in the stock constituting the two layers facing each other.
