PURPOSE:To easily change the kneading and extrusion conditions by adjusting a wire gap distance of a coil spring in accordance with an aim and extruding a kneaded material in a flaky shape through the wire gap and adjusting both an extrusion port provided in a terminal of the coil and a pitch of the coil. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus consists of a coil spring 1, a feed screw 2, a block 15 for compressing and elongating the coil spring, the rods 4 and the clamping nuts 3 for transferring the block 15, a hopper 5, a bearing 6, a geared motor 7, a shaft 11 of the geared motor, a frame 8 and a discharge port 13 or the like. The wire gap distance of the coil is suitably selected and a material to be kneaded is pressurized along an inside surface of the coil and sent while being pushed on the surface of the coil and the kneaded material is extruded in a flaky shape through the clearance of the wire gaps. The kneaded material incapable of passing through the clearances is sent along the inside surface of the coil and discharged through a discharge port provided to a terminal of the coil or discharged through the wire gaps of the coil. |
