PURPOSE:To remove the contamination of a printed material by supplying ink into a graphic groove with the blade preceding by a required space from the surface of a form bed and the following elastic blade sliding on the form bed. CONSTITUTION:The blade holder 9 reciprocating as required on the upside surface of a form bed is equipped with a brush 11, and blades 21, 22. It scrapes ink out of an ink well 8 with the brush 11 in the going process of the blade holder 9 and apply ink on the surface of the form bed 6. It presses and supplies ink into a graphic groove 7 and scrapes the excess ink, K ink back into the ink well 8 with the preceding blade 21 of a solid plate state in the returning processes of the blade holder 9. The ink on the surface of the form bed 6 other than the graphic groove 7 part is wiped off by sliding the top end of the following elastic blade 22 on the surface of the form bed. Thereby, there may be no ink remaining on the surface of the form bed other than the graphic groove 7 and the ink supplied in the graphic groove 7 may not be scraped out. Without contaminating the printed material, the transferred character and graphic are free from being blurred.
