PURPOSE:To contrive acceleration of atomization by expanding a cone made of spray droplets, by making the spray droplets electrify and repel through the flow of fluid by keeping a spray nozzle or a nozzle along with a piping system insulated. CONSTITUTION:As for spraying, a high pressure pressurizing type spray nozzle and pressurized gas, such as air and steam, a flow type spray nozzle are used. The spray nozzle is connected with fluid transferring piping and then connected with a fluid reservoir. It is necessary to keep the spray nozzle or a piping system to be connected with the spray nozzle insulated electrically by making use of insulating materials, for example, ceramics, rubber and resin for a connecting component such as the piping or the spray nozzle and a supporting component such as the piping. A-heavy oil for example, is reserved in a container 4, sucked by a pump 7 by flowing within the piping 6, connected with the piping 8 and sprayed from a spray nozzle 10 with pressure. Air is fed to the combustion chamber 1 in a burner 2 from an air leading part 3. The spray nozzle 10 and piping 13 to be connected with the nozzle 10 are insulated electrically by the supporting component 11 made of ceramics which is an electrical insulating material and a piping connecting component 9 made of the ceramics. |
