PURPOSE:To attain the recording/reproduction of 3-dimensional picture information with high performance and at low cost by recording/reproducing two video signals at the same time and varying the relative time difference between a horizontal synchronizing signal and the start of video image. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic recording and reproducing device VTR is provided with two video input terminals, and a video signal (a) inputted to the 1st input terminal 81 is recorded on a tape 12 by a recording signal processing circuit 9, an amplifier 10 and a magnetic head 11. The signal is reproduced by a magnetic head 13a at the reproduction and a video signal (e) is outputted to the 1st output terminal 101 by a preamplifier 14 and a reproducing signal processing circuit 15a. Similarly, the video signal (b) inputted to the 2nd input terminal 82 is recorded on the tape 12 by a recording signal processing circuit 9b, an amplifier 10b and a magnetic head 11b. The signal is reproduced by a magnetic head 13b at the reproduction, and a video signal (f) is outputted at the 2nd output terminal 102 by an amplifier 14b and a reproducing signal processing circuit 15. Thus, a 3-dimensional picture is obtained, where no time difference and no characteristic difference are caused between the kinds of the video signals (a) and (b). |
