PURPOSE:A salicylate salt and/or bile salt are used to solublize hard-soluble medicines and a reductive sulfur compound is added to give the titled stabilized composition. CONSTITUTION:The compound of the formula is solubilized using a salicylate salt such as sodium salicylate and/or a bile salt such as sodium deoxycholate, and a reductive sulfur compound such as glutathion or sodium metabisulfite, or an isolation agent such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic disodium salt (EDTA.2 Na) or EDTA.2Na.Ca to give a stabilized composition. The amount of the compound is 10-200ml/ml of water or 0.6-20pts.wt. of other additives including salicylic acid per 1pt.wt. of the compound of the formula. The dose is 1-10ml/ person/administration as an injection solution, when needed, 100-500ml are intravenously dripped. The addition of a stabilizer enables the medicines to be stored as a freezedried preparation for a long period of time. |
