PURPOSE:To enable the titled device to perform continuous injection, by a method wherein, along with establishment of a downstream side resin passage ramifying into a plurality of passages from a common upstream side resin passage within an injection mold, a directional control valve changing over any one out of a plurality of the passages is provided on the downstream side resin passage and a mixture passage mixing a reinforcing mixture is provided in the specific downstream side resin passage. CONSTITUTION:Only a part serving as the backside of a molded article is formed in a cavity 7 by a top and bottom forces 6, 3 by moving the bottom force 3 upward. Then a first passage 8 and third passage 12 are communicated with each other by operating a three-way directional control valve 18. In this instance, the first passage 8 and a second passage 11 become noncommunicatable with each other. Then a nozzle 10 of a single injection unit 9 is welded to a nozzle touch part 4a with pressure and molten high-pressure resin A is injected through the nozzle 10. At the time of circulation of the molten resin A to nozzle 15 through the first passage 8, directional control valve 18 and third passage 12, a quantitative squeeze rotor 20 revolves and a reinforcing mixture B is mixed up with the molten resin A. Therefore, the molten resin A is turned into reinforced resin C by mixing the reinforcing mixture B into the molten resin A and the reinforced resin C is cast into the cavity 7 through injection ports 16, 17. |
