摘要 PURPOSE:To provide possibility of converting into car mode etc. by setting belts over follower and driving pulleys mounted on a plurality of steering shafts, converting a wheel or wheels in omnidirectional mode through rotation of the driving pulley, and by sliding the driving pulley. CONSTITUTION:The body 20 of an omnidirectional moving car is provided with follower pulleys 24a-24d at the upper part of four steering shafts 21a-21d. In the middle of the body 20, driving pulleys 33a, 33b are installed at the upper part of a supporting shaft 35, and slided and rotated by a motion driver device 34. Two belts 41, 42 are set over these driving pulleys 33a, 33b and follower pulleys 24a-24d. The tension of each belt 41, 42 is adjusted constant at all times by a tension adjusting device 43. The wheels 27a-27d are converted in omnidirectional mode by rotating the driving pulleys 33a, 33b, and into car mode etc. by sliding them.
