PURPOSE:To make an idling speed selectable at will, by installing an automatic terminal in an advance switch in addition to selector terminals at both high speed and low speed sides, and connecting a stop detecting switch to this automatic terminal in series. CONSTITUTION:A push-pull device 11 is connected to a stopper setting an idling position, while first to third contact points 25, 26 and 27 are installed in an advance switch 24 controlling a driving part of the push-pull device 11. When the advance switch 24 is selected to the first contact point 25 or the third one 27, the said stopper is set to the high speed side or the low speed side via the push-pull device 11. And, when it is selected to the second contact point 26, an idling speed is automatically selected to both low speed and high speed sides by each operation of an engine water temperature switch 28 and a parking switch 28c.
