PURPOSE:To improve yield of the skin by applying sticking-in only to a design face and to remove or mitigate various defects to be generated through a tensile deformation of a surplus nonsticking-in part other than the design face of the skin, by arranging a skin material holding clamp close by a boundary between the sticking-in part of the skin material to a core material and the nonsticking-in part of that. CONSTITUTION:A core material 4 is set on a vacuum mold 2 from the upper part as per an arrow while a nondesign part S2 of a side of the core material 4 to a design face of which an adhesive agent 5 has been applied is being inserted into a notched space 9. A vacuum box begins vacuum drawing when clamps 3, 3' come into a state that they are abutted against a receiving jig by raising the receiving jig composed of the vacuum box 1 and vacuum mold 2 as the same is set with the core material 4 by stretching vinyl chloride sheet 6 with both side clamps 3, 3' and heating the skin. As a result of the vacuum drawing, the heated thermoplastic vinyl chloride sheet 6 is stuck in the core material 4. A laminated molded article is removed from the receiving jig as per the arrow by cooling the same after vacuum molding. Then when terminal treatment is applied to the skin by removing an unnecessary part of the skin which has been held by the clamps 3, 3', at lines L1, L2, a finished article is obtained. |
