Process for transmitting or broadcasting digital data while using an ISO protocole whose transport layer authorizes repetition of data blocks, characterized in that each data block is transmitted after it has been subjected to a linear scrambling step with a scrambling sequence which differs at each transmission of a same block, the scrambling sequence being generated from the control data of the transport layer.
