PURPOSE:To attain communication with high reliability by providing an automatic retransmission means and a means storing the change of subscriber class information so as to revise the registered item thereby preventing the erroneous revision to a subscriber class in case of the error of communication network. CONSTITUTION:The equipment number of a destination terminal equipment 1 having a change and a new subscriber class are stored in a storage section 7 and a retransmission request is given from a control section 6 to a retransmission control section 5. The section 5 completes the communication with the equipment 1, fetches an equipment number and a subscriber class from a storage section 7 via the control section 6 and a network control section 3 makes retransmission via a communication network 2 to the equipment 1 supposed to have a change in the subscriber class based on the number. The equipment 1 replies it, and the control section 6 compares whether or not the subscriber class acquired again and the subscriber class fetched from the storage section 7 are coincident and in case of coincident, it is discriminated as the presence of change to revise the registered item.
