PURPOSE:To perform cutting and connection by a single device, by providing the first and second fixed cutters, which cooperatively cut a product with a movable cutter, while a mechanism which connects each product, cut into a predetermined length, to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:A supply roller 1 horizontally supplies the first long-sized product L by a predetermined length from a supply side to a discharge side. A supply gripper 5 supplies the second long-sized product S by a predetermined length from a supply side at a suitable angle with respect to the first long-sized product L horizontally supplied. The first fixed cutter 12 cooperatively cuts the first long-sized product L with a movable cutter 6, while the second fixed cutter 14 cooperatively cuts the second long-sized product S with the movable cutter 6. The movable cutter 6 is equipped with an edge part in the supply side while with a surface tilting in the discharge side following to the edge part. A connection block 15 connects a mutually overlapped part of each product, cut into a predetermined length, to be fixed forming a partly not overlapped free end to be left. |
