PURPOSE:To manufacture a panel having a realistic design at good reproducibility by reducing man-hours in a manufacturing process, by performing hot press molding by piling a treated sheet upon the surface of a molding compound by treating an impregnatable sheet, which a desired pattern has been applied with at least two kinds of ink having a difference in permeability, with thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:The titled panel is constituted of a sheet 2 printed with ink 5a whose permeability is small and ink 5b whose permeability is large and an SMC (sheet molding compound) molded article 3 provided on a supporting material 6. The surface of the sheet 2 is covered with a resin layer 4 as not press treatment has been applied to the sheet 2 by impregnating the same with thermosetting resin. The SMC molded article 3 is provided on the supporting material (for example board or metallic plate) and the sheet 2 is provided on the SMC molded article 3. China painting of a panel can be performed at a time in press molding of an MC as the hot press molding is performed by putting a printing sheet, with which thermosetting resin has been impregnated, upon the MC. Wear resistance and water resistance of the surface can be improved as the printing sheet has been impregnated with the thermosetting resin beforehand. The panel rich in cubic feeling can be obtained as a pattern is printed on an impregnatable sheet with the ink whose permeability is large and the ink whose permeability is small. |
