PURPOSE:To enhance the supporting rigidity of a transmission in an open-top vehicle, by connecting the lower end of vertical section of a center frame coupled to the center section of a front header to a floor panel and a mission mount bracket at the lower surface of the floor panel. CONSTITUTION:A front header 4 connecting between the upper ends of right and left center front pillars 3, 3 in an open-top vehicle, is connected with a floor panel 11 through the intermediary of an inverted L-like center frame 5. Further, the lower end of a vertical section 5b of the center frame 5 is connected to the floor panel 11, and a mission mount bracket 19 is provided to the lower surface of the thus connected part. This bracket 19 is composed of a pair of right and left inverted L-like brackets 20 disposed inside of a floor tunnel section 12 and a rectangular support plate 21 connecting between both brackets 20, 20. Further, a transmission 18 is laid on the upper surface of the support bracket 21 through the intermediary of a mounting plate 22 and a vibration-isolating rubber 23.
