PURPOSE:To ease the assembling work of the captioned isolator by providing an actuator, which enables to open or close a connecting passage for fluid chambers that are situated between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder and that are connected with each other by means of an elastic body, and connecting the fluid chambers by means of a small-diameter passage that is provided separately from the said connecting passage. CONSTITUTION:Two fluid chambers 4 filled with fluid are formed at a space between an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2 which are connected with each other by an elastic body 3, so that a connecting passage 5 can be opened or closed by an actuator 6. In addition, when the vibration is not transferred at all, a small-diameter passage 7, which is provided separately from the said connecting passage 5, allows the fluid in the fluid chambers 4 to flow through the passage 7. With this contrivance, a constant and smooth operation of the vibration system can be achieve, thereby reducing the man-hours required for the assembling work. |
