PURPOSE:To contrive the prevention of deviation of the flow of oil as well as the reduction of flow resistance and improve heat dissipating performance by a method wherein the diameters of the opening sections of concentrically arranged recesses are made the same, the diameters are made larger sequentially as the recesses are receding from an outflow port, spaces between mutual outer peripheries of the opening sections are made the same and spaces between respective concentric lines are approached to prevent the flow paths of oil from becoming parallel to a straight line passing through the center of the outflow port. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 2 is constituted of a pair of circular sheet members 2a, 2b equipped with recesses 7 arranged regularly and both of the sheet members are connected so that the opening sections of the recesses are intersected partially and opposingly with each other so as to form the flow path of oil. In the cooling plate 2, the recesses 7, having openings of circular configuration, are arranged on a plurality of concentric lines A, B, C about the central point of an outflow port 5. The diameters of respective recesses are made same on the same line while the diameters are formed so as to become larger sequentially as they are receding from the outflow port. Further, spaces between mutual outer peripheries of the opening sections of all of the recesses are made same while a space between respective concentric circular lines are approached so as to prevent the flow path of oil from becoming parallel to a straight line passing through the center of the outflow port 5. |
