PURPOSE:To make easy starting with reduced heat capacity at the starting time and to reduce electric power consumption by using burning heat at the burning time by placing a driving part composed of a heat deforming member in a heat conduction part. CONSTITUTION:A heat conduction part 12 is formed in such a structure as to be rotatable to a vaporizing part 1a and removable easily and a heat receiving part 11 placed at one end of the part 2 being elongated is located in fire flame and is heated up to high temp. by its absorbed heat from the flame and this heat flows into a driving part 13 to heat up this part 13. The driving part 13 is composed of bimetal or shape memory alloy deformed by heat and force in the direction of the arrow is actuated to rotate the parts 11 and 12 around a fulcrum 14 as a center and the part 12 is contacted with the part 1a to transfer heat absorbed at the part 11 to a vaporizing chamber 3. When burning is stopped, the parts 12 and 13 are cooled and the deformation of the part 13 is returned back to an initial shape, and therefore the part 12 is separated from the part 1a. At the starting time, separation of the heat conduction part from the vaporizing part reduces heat capacity of the vaporizing part and shortens the preheating time; at the normal burning time, received heat at the heat receiving part is supplied to the vaporizer to reduce electric power consumption.
