INPUT CONTROL DEVICE OF HYDRAULIC PUMP

PURPOSE:To make a regulator for restricting input house power of a hydraulic pump driven with a prime mover small-sized by applying pressing force caused by shift pressure to a stepped piston which receives discharge pressures of the pump itself. CONSTITUTION:The larger diameter side of a stepped piston 6 is brought into contact with one end of a spool 4 of a regulator 3. Between two stepped parts of the stepped piston 7 and a housing 5 are formed oil chambers 7 and 8. discharge pressures of a hydraulic pump 2 itself are introduced into the oil chamber 7. To the other oil chamber 8 are introduced shift pressures in proportion to detected comparison values between a preset rated revolution of a prime mover 1 and actual revolutions of the prime mover 1. It is constituted such that a pressing mechanism 11 is arranged to oppose pressing forces of the stepped piston 6 caused by actions of the oil chambers 7 and 8.
