PURPOSE:To facilitate the checking of wiring upon laying, checking upon maintenance or the like by a method wherein a central processing unit, communicating with a central control unit and effecting the control operation of the input and output signals of air-conditioning equipments to be controlled, is provided at the side of a signal collecting and converting device while an indicator, indicating the operating condition, the alarm and the condition of control of the air-conditioning equipments, is attached to the signal collecting and converting device. CONSTITUTION:Continuous numbers with respect to respective input and output factors are provided in a column 29 on the surface of a panel of a signal collecting and converting device, LEDs with respect to each factor are provided on the column 30 so as to indicate the conditions of respective factors and the names of the factors are written on the column 31. According to this method, the conditions of input and output are indicated by the LEDs from No.1 to No.23 whereby the checking of wiring upon laying, checking upon maintenance and the like may be facilitated. The integrated time of operation is operated through a central processing unit CPU 20 by operating the ON times of necessary factors while the result of the operation is indicated by liquid crystal indicators or the like. According to this indication, a controller or the like can see the ON time of each equipment at the side of an air- conditioning machine without going to a central control unit whereby the estimation of generation of a trouble, the replacing timing of a part and the necessity of inspection may be decided.
