摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain coupling free from an angle error by providing the titled instrument with an object pressing link having a centroid sensor for detecting the centroid position of drag applied from a face to be an angle measuring object and measuring a contact angle formed by two opposed faces from the centroid position of the drag. CONSTITUTION:One each end of a pair of mutually intersected coupling beams 9, 10 are movably coupled both the ends of the inside of with a driving side link 7 to be pressed by a driving face 4 of a driving device 1 such as a robot hand for generating pressing force in the measuring instrument provided with the link 7 and the other ends of the beams 9, 10 are coupled movably with both the ends of the inside of the object pressing link 11. The centroid sensor 12 for detecting the centroid position of force applied to the outside of the pressing link 11 is stuck to the outside of the link 11 and the link 11 is abutted on a pressed face of an object 2 through the sensor 12, so that the centroid position of drag applied to the link 11 can be detected.
