PURPOSE:To enable the centralized control of each device at one position on a car by comprising the device of an input device, a control device and a display device. CONSTITUTION:A centralized control device for a vehicle constitutes a variety of devices 1 comprising a seat 11, a power operated window 12, a light 13, an airconditioner 14, an audio set 15, a telephone 16, a TV/video set 17 and a suspension 18, an input device 2 comprising a touch panel 21, a control device 3 and a display device 4, respectively to be mounted on a vehicle. The control device 3 comprises a menu indication part 31 for displaying the type of each device for mounting on a vehicle and the control items and sequences thereof in the form of a menu, and outputting a menu signal, a selection part 32 for selecting each type of device upon receipt of the menu signal, and a control part 33.
