PURPOSE:To permit automatic water discharging and automatic additional heating and contrive full automation by a method wherein a semi-automatic bath device is provided with an automatic water discharging cock and an additional heating unit. CONSTITUTION:An automatic water discharging cock (b) is provided with a driving circuit and when a water discharging switch is pushed, automatic water discharge is commanded from a control means (i) and a switch b34 is connected to the opening contact thereof to rotate a motor b5. The opening and closing cock of water discharging section b2 is opened or closed by the manual turning operation of a handle b19 and the rotating device of the driving motor b5 and first and second links (r), (s) are operated to the direction of opening the cock by the normal rotation of the motor b5 while they are operated to the direction of closing the cock by the reverse rotation of the same. An additional heating unit (h) connects a suction pipe h1, a circulating pump h2, a connecting pipe h3, a heat exchanger h4 and a discharging pipe h5 while the pump h2 is driven by the command of the control means (i). When automatic hot-water supply is finished, automatic heating control is started and the counting of an additional heating timer is also started. When hot-water in a bathtub (a) is cooled, an additional heating demanding signal is outputted. When the temperature of the same has become higher than a predetermined temperature, the additional heating is stopped while the additional heating is restarted when the temperature of the same has become lower than the predetermined temperature, thus, the temperature of the hot-water may be adjusted.
