PURPOSE:To increase the compressive strength of a fastened part of a leaf spring, by burying plural steel wires in the part, fastened by U-bolts, of the leaf spring, as these steel sires being erected perpendicularly in the thickness- direction of the plate. CONSTITUTION:Plural steel wires 4 are buried in a fastened part 2 of a leaf spring 1 made of fiber reinforced resin, while said fastened part being fastened by U-bolts and not generating much stress, that is, a part between two U-bolts 5, 5, as these steel wires 4 being erected perpendicularly in the thickness- direction of the plate. Because plural steel wires 4 are buried in the fiber reinforced resin 3, as these wires 4 are woven with reinforcing fibers 7, the adhesion between the fiber reinforced resin 3 and the steel wires 4 becomes extremely firm, together with increased buckling strength thereof. |
