PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity and graininess of a silver halide photographic sensitive material by incorporating specified monodisperse emulsion and conventional emulsion to a high sensitive layer among plural numbers of layers forming silver halide emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION:A silver halide photographic material is formed by laminating two, three, etc., of plural silver halide emulsion layers on a base. If monodisperse sensitive silver halide emulsion and internally fogged silver halide emulsion, or internally fogged monodisperse silver halide emulsion is incorporated into the layer having the highest sensitivity among the plural layers, the sensitivity and the graininess of the emulsion are improved, and a silver halide photographic sensitive material most suitable for color photography requiring high sensitivity is obtd. |
