PURPOSE:To decrease wearing in a contact surface, by forming at least one of the contact surfaces of a diaphragm or a member, adapted to the diaphragm, into a low frictional resistance surface. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 28 is a thin plate disc made of metal, and the diaphragm, whose surface is coated with ethylene fluoride resin, is fixed being held between a set of flanges 30, 32. A spring sear 38 forms its diaphragm side into a spherical surface, and the central part of the spherical surface is adapted to an upper surface in the central part of the diaphragm 28. A valve rod 36 forms its head part by a valve rod cap 37 of different material. The valve rod cap 37 forms it diaphragm side into also a spherical surface, and its central part is adapted to a bottom surface in the central part of the diaphragm 28. The spring seat 38 and the valve rod cap 37 are also coated with ethylene fluride resin similarly to the diaphragm 28.
