PURPOSE:To attain rapid real time processing for a detecting signal by time dividing continuously outputted detecting signal, alternately storing the time- divided signals in plural storing means at real time and processing the stored information on software in the order of storage. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic disk 1 is scanned by driving motors 4, 5 spirally about a photoelectric element 6 to test a coat, detecting signals are continuously outputted from the element 6 in accordance with the brightness of the coat surface. The detecting signal are amplified 8 and A/D converted and the digital signals are outputted and alternately written to/in memories 12, 13 at real time every rotation of the disk 1. The stored information is read in the CPU 21 through AND circuits 15, 16 and an OR circuit 18 and successively processed the based on software in the order of storage. Consequently, the detecting signals can be rapidly processed at real time.
