PURPOSE:To enable safety of a crew to be ensured, by changing a driving pattern of a solenoid selector valve when the solenoid selector valve and a driving circuit are in a trouble. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 1, providing a solenoid selector valve driving circuit 2 and a solenoid selector valve short detecting circuit 3, inputs trouble monitor voltage VMON to an input port of the control unit, and when the trouble monitor voltage VMON is in an H level, a driving pattern of a solenoid selector valve is changed by deciding the solenoid selector valve and the driving circuit to be in a trouble. In this way, safety of a crew can be ensured because a serious trouble in a vehicle, in which, for instance, misoperation of a gear shift is performed from a high car speed region to a low car speed region, can be prevented.
