PURPOSE:To perform the receiving of an electric power and signal between a fixed part and rotary part with good efficiency by providing plural electrodes on the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical base made of an insulating material which is co-axial with a rotary table and by equipping with plural brushes on the corresponding stationary part. CONSTITUTION:The tubular body to be deposited is fitted into the center pin of a jig 20 by placing the body E to be welded on the jig 20 which is fixed on the rotary plate D under resting. A starting button is then pushed. Solenoid valves MV1, MV2 are electrified via a brush 61, electrode 27 and electric wire G from respective connection wire 60 and the compressed air is fed to the lower side port 39, 35 of cylinders ES1, ES2 via vent pipes 37, 33. Consequently clamp levers 16, 17 clamp the body E to be welded to the jig 20. The tubular body to be welded is clamped as well from the upper part separately. In this case, the clamp completion signal transmitted from approaching sensors 43, 45 is transmitted to the control device via the electrode 27, brush 61 and connection wire and a welding torch 47 approaches upto the prescribed position. The welding is then performed by releasing CO2, by electrifying a motor M and torch 47 and by turning the rotary plate D.
