PURPOSE:To stabilize a casting amt. pattern by predicting the casting weight after the differential time from the casting speed at a certain point of time, then repeating on-off operations of a tilting actuator in accordance with the comparison between said weight and the set weight value after the same time. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 3 of a ladle 1 is engaged with a hook 5 of a meter 4 and a tilting motor 2 is attached to the ladle 1. The motor 2 is connected via a cable 6 to a microcomputer device 7. The increase of the casting amt. starts upon lapse of about 3-4sec differential time after tilting of the ladle 1. The data on the set pattern of the casting amt. is preliminarily inputted to the microcomputer device 7, by which the casting amt. at the certain point of time is determined and the casting weight after the differential time is predicted. The on-off operations of the tilting operation are repeated in accordance with the comparison with the set casting amt. The pattern of the casting amt. is stabilized by such method.
