PURPOSE:To obtain the titled small-sized header capable of operating at high speed by driving the 1st - 3rd punches rotatively corresponding to the 1st and 2nd upset dies juxtaposed in the horizontal direction to a die block and by equipping a device for shaking down products on a header. CONSTITUTION:A fitting plate of the punches 25 is rotated and supported with a center of curvature O as a center at the positions I, II where punch holders 30, 31 and 31, 32 correspond respectively to dies 12, 14 on the die block 1 of the header 2. The punches 33, 36, 43 are inserted in the holders 30-32 respectively and while the plate 25 is held alternately at the position I and II, a ram 15 is advanced and retreated. In this way, a material (b) is held by the punch 36 after the first forming is performed between the punch 33 and the die 12, then the second forming is performed by the die 14, furthermore the third forming is performed by the die 14 and punch 43, the product is shaken down before the die 14 by a lever 56 swinging downward. Moreover, after said first forming, the material is conveyed and fed and the first and second formings are performed simultaneously.
