PURPOSE:To obtain a fine video by arranging the titled device so as to have an optical axis inclined from an axis parallel with a reference axis and rotating a means for holding an optical lens around the reference axis. CONSTITUTION:The focus of a near point (b) is set up by a distance between points (c) and (e) and that of a far point (a) is set up by a distance between points (c) and (d). As compared to the case that an image pickup part 12 is arranged like an axis Y1 vertical to an axis X3, the image pickup surface of the near point (b) is positioned in a direction that the focus is more efficiently adjusted and that of the far point (a) is also positioned in a direction that the focus is more efficiently adjusted. In this case, an optical lens 13 is set up so that the intersected position between the optical axis X3 of the lens 13 and an axis X1 is the center of the photographing part 12. When an optical part 24 is rotated, the same visual field as that of a wide angle lens is obtained and a clear image with higher image magnification than that of the wide angle lens can be obtained.
