PURPOSE:To prevent the periphery of a communication line from damaging by injecting high pressure cool gas into metallic fine particles obtained immedi ately after sparking on ground ceramics. CONSTITUTION:While coating the metallic fine particles 3 generated by sparking instantaneously with cooling gas 5, the metallic fine particles 3 are injected into the communication line coated with a ceramic layer formed by making ground ceramics obtained by kneading a binder into ceramic fine particles semi-muddy state and applying the semi-muddy ceramics to the outer surface of the communication line such as an optical fiber or an insulating film-coated copper wire with a roller or the like through an injection nozzle 6 at high pressure. The metallic fine particles 3 are crashed, thrusted and fixed into/on the outer surface of the communication line coated with ceramics by the injection pressure of the cooling gas 5. Consequently, the periphery of the communication line can be prevented from damage.
