PURPOSE:To quickly perform a cutter attaching operation by fixing a wire shearing cutter of a die block in a slide guide equipped along a shear plane and by connecting it to reciprocating drive parts of a header body detachably at connecting part. CONSTITUTION:The slide guiding grooves 20, 20 are equipped on the front plane of the die block 1 equipping the shear die 5 and upset dies 10, 12 freely attachably detachably to the header body 32. The cutter 21 to shear the wire (a) is inserted almost tightly into said grooves 20, 20 to support freely sliding only right and left directions. A hexagon head bolt 55 passed through a notch on the connecting part 30 of the cutter 21 is screwed into a tapped hole 51 on a fitting part 52 of the top end of the reciprocative driving part 50 of the body 32 to connect the cutter 21 to the part 50. When the part 50 is retreated to a position on the left dead point, a through hole of a cutting edge 28 is matched with the center hole of the die 5, in this moment the wire (a) is pushed out on a specific length and sheared by a rightward movement of the part 50.
