PURPOSE:To perform editing work with high precision by an easy operation by providing a picture information input means, a rule generating means, and an input means from which position coordinates of rules are inputted and outputting picture information in accordance with position coordinates of rules inputted from the input means. CONSTITUTION:Rule information 107 is added to picture information from a picture information input means 100 by an OR circuit 105 and is outputted. A control part 103 turns on and off range information 108 to select the output of an AND circuit 106 on a basis of position coordinates of rules from an input means 102, and picture information is outputted selectively and is printed by a recording part 104. Thus, designation of an editing area of an original and the editing work are performed with a high precision by the easy operation. |
