PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the interference patterns appearing in the stage of image formation by providing plural pieces of ruggedness consisting of spherical recesses of traces on the base surface of a light recepting material having plural layers consisting of specific amorphous materials on the base and further providing the plural smaller rugged shapes in said spherical recesses of traces. CONSTITUTION:This light recepting material has the 1st layer constituted of the amorphous material contg. silicon atom and at least either one of germanium atom or tin atom and the 2nd layer constituted of the amorphous material contg. silicon atom and at least one selected among oxygen atom, carbon atom and nitrogen atom on the base. This material has the light recepting layer consisting of the 1st layer 102 and the 2nd layer 103 along the slopes of the ruggedness on the base 101 having the plural rugged shapes consisting of the very small spherical recesses of traces and further having the plural smaller rugged shapes in the spherical recesses of traces. The formation of the fringe patterns in the formed image by the reflection of the light past the light recepting layer on the layer boundary face and base surface and the interference thereof is thereby efficiently prevented. |
