PURPOSE:To prevent a heavy weight from being abnormally oscillated needlessly and excessively and prevent noises from being generated, by providing stoppers fitted with shock-absorbing members on both sides of the heavy weight in the oscillating direction of the latter and on the upper and lower sides and the lateral sides of the heavy weight in a plane orthogonal to the oscillating direction, with predetermined clearances between the heavy weight and the stoppers. CONSTITUTION:On both sides of a heavy weight 22 in the oscillating direction thereof, stoppers 23 are respectively disposed with a fixed spacing therebetween, and are attached with shock-absorbing members 24, 24 formed of rubber or the like on their side faces opposed to the heavy weight 22. At an intermediate part of the heavy weight 22, guard members 25, 25 are disposed so as to surround the periphery of the heavy weight 22 in a plane orthogonal to the oscillating direction of the latter, with a clearance between the heavy weight 22 and each of the guard members. The guard members 25, 25 are attached with shock-absorbing members 24... on their faces corresponding to the upper, lower and side faces of the heavy weight 22. The spacing between the shock-absorbing members 24, 24 is set to be slightly larger than a desired amplitude of the heavy weight 22 in vibration damping. Some clearance is provided between each of the shock-absorbing members 24... and the peripheral surface of the heavy weight 22.
