PURPOSE:To prevent a rotation and a deflection of center on working, to improve a working accuracy and to reduce a time for preparatory plan, by equipping square shaped jagged parts of punch and die types on a centering die for a plastic press die. CONSTITUTION:For example, on manufacturing a punch, a square projecting part of a part 1 is worked. A required shape 2 is worked with the part 1 as a reference. The working accuracy for manufacturing the punch is regulated to <=0.02mm in the deflection of the center, and this is also the same as punch in manufacturing the dies. The square jagged parts are manufactured in dimensions of zero clearance. The punch and dies possessed of said working accuracy are correctly guided by the square jagged parts. In this way, the accuracy of the working work at plastic working is performed about <=0.05mm. Moreover, the necessary time for the preparatory plan is reduced <=5min compare with conventional 50-60min.
