PURPOSE:To give the necessary indications to the receiver, by delivering the command signal to inform the transmission of the aural signal immediately before transmission of the aural signal and inserting the voice with every partition of a scanning line in case a talking is in request during transmission of the picture signal. CONSTITUTION:The transmission original 5 is scanned in the main scanning direction 5a and through the photoelectric converting part 6 in synchronization with the synchronous signal supplied from the synchronous oscillator 2 at the transmission side, and thus the picture signal equivalent to a scanning line is delivered to be amplified by the amplifier 7. At the same time, the aural signal sent from the transmitter microphone 15 is stored in the buffer memory 18 is after coding, and the storage of the aural signal into the memory 18 examined right before transmission of the picture signal equivalent to a scanning line to the circuit 8 and via the control part 19.
