PURPOSE:To facilitate a size change during operation, by packing up the last sheet cut by an old size when it enters a first stacking part, and then changing a cutter, slitter, a stacking part and pakaging process over to a new size. CONSTITUTION:A web 11 out of a roll 10 is delivered and a slitter 14 and a cutter 18 are controlled by each of controllers 15 and 17 with a command out of a new size changing controller 16 and it is cut in the specified size. When this size changing controller 16 indicates a size change, a tracking device 25 of a stacking part is tracking the last sheet but by an old size, and when reaching to a first stacking part, it is packed up by a packaging part 35 and delivered. Next, each size of the slitter 14 and the cutter 18 is changed, whereby tracking for a first new size sheet is carried out by the stacking part tracking device 25. Then, each process is adjusted to a new size via a stacking sequence controller 39, a stacking part side changing controller 38, a package sequence controller 41 and a package part size changing controller 40. With this constitution, a size change can be made so easy even during operation.
