PURPOSE:To attain excellent reception by detecting plural interference frequencies included in a difference signal between reception antennas and generating a frequency signal corresponding to a maximum value of data obtained from the addition of each frequency divided by number of additions so as to detect the interference wave component with a maximum level. CONSTITUTION:An output of a center frequency oscillator 19 within a reception band is fed to digital VCO circuits 20, 21. An output of the circuit 20 is fed to a quasi-synchronizing detection circuit 23 together with a difference signal DELTA. The digital output of the circuit 23 is inputted to a fading elimination circuit 24, where data stored by prescribed numbers are added. The sum is divided by the number of additions to form the interference wave amplitude data from which the fading component is eliminated, which is inputted to a maximum value detection circuit 25. The frequency data corresponding to the maximum value detected by the circuit 25 is inputted to the circuit 21 to input a frequency signal corresponding to the interference of the maximum level is inputted to a gain phase control circuit 18.
