PURPOSE:To strengthen a housing, and to stop the deformation of the housing due to the imbalance of a rotational system by arranging a sleeve manufactured by a material having an elastic modulus larger than the housing between the housing and a bearing for a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 5 is mounted to a housing 2, and a shaft 6 for turning a disk is supported. A sleeve 10 manufactured by a material having an elastic modulus larger than a housing material is disposed between the housing 2 and the bearing 5 at that time. Accordingly, the quantity of the housing 2 deformed can be inhibited, thus reducing displacement between a track for the disk and a head.
