PURPOSE:To prevent the hearing error in the communicating destination by sending the advance notice composed of the tone signal prior to the communicating sound signal. CONSTITUTION:When the emergency input is executed through an emergency input circuit 1, an automatic calling means 4 executes the automatic dialing to call the telephone set of the communicating destination. When a telephone line 5 is connected to the communicating destination, the emergency communicating advance signal composed of the tone signal is sent from a communicating signal generating means 2 to the line. Thereafter, the sound signal corresponding to the emergency contents is sent from a communicating sound signal generating means 3 to the line. Consequently, at the communicating destination, the tone signal by the emergency communicating signal is first outputted, and continuously, the emergency communicating sound is outputted, and therefore, the hearing error of the emergency communicating sound can be prevented.
