The invention relates to a safety arrangement for hydraulic systems which have a tank (1) for a hydraulic fluid, for example oil, a pipeline system (4) with valves for the transport of the hydraulic fluid to and from a consumer, for example a crane, and a pump (3) in order to pump the hydraulic fluid through the pipeline system. In order to interrupt the supply of hydraulic fluid in the event of a pipe fracture or a similar leakage, a first valve (7) of the directional control valves is connected to the main supply line (4) of the pipeline system and to the tank (1), while a second valve (5) arranged downstream of the first valve (7) is connected to the main supply line (4) and the consumer. The first and second valves are electrically connected to one another and to at least one auxiliary switch (12 and/or 14) so that, upon actuation of the switch in the event of a pipe fracture, the second valve (5) interrupts the supply of hydraulic fluid to the consumer, while at the same time the first valve (17) arranged upstream is opened and directs the hydraulic fluid from the main line (4) back into the tank (1), as a result of which the line section downstream of the second valve (5) is made pressureless. <IMAGE> |
