PURPOSE:To expand the function multiplexing two different images and projecting them on one screen by transfering the information to the memory cell array concerning the same data at plural times and controlling the position of the bit mask in respective times. CONSTITUTION:Image data guided through a selecting circuit 15 to the second register 3, are guided to a memory cell array 1 through the first register 2 and a transfer gate 4 to execute the bit mask. The data transfer from the second register 3 to the array 1 is executed concerning the same data at plural times, for example, two times. The first register 2 makes the mask position different at the first time and the second time. Consequently, in such a case, by making different the line address at the time of transferring to the array 1 at the first time and the second time, the position of the vertical direction of two pieces of the information data can be made reverse at the screen to multiplex the image data and the information data.
