PURPOSE:To reflex vibrations in recording paper due to a cutter's impact, by installing a device, holding the recording paper by suction, in space between a cutter, cutting the recording paper drawn out of a recording paper roll and conveyed, and an image transfer position. CONSTITUTION:The recording paper 12 drawn out of a recording paper roll 12A is fed toward a cutter 10 by a feed roller 11. The recording paper 12 is conveyed by a feed roller 9 after being cut into the specified size by the cutter 10, attracted by a suction device 13 and fed to an image transferring device 2. Vibrations in the recording paper due to a cutter's impact produced in the paper 12 when it is cut by the cutter 10 is reflexed by the suction device 13, thereby preventing them from reaching to the image transferring device 2. With this constitution, a favorable image with no scattering is securable.
